Wherever possible we try to reach a settlement through negotiation. In all but a few instances we achieve this but sometimes disagreements arise. Typically rent review clauses allow for a referral to either an arbitrator or an independent expert and where a dispute of this nature arises we provide expert witness representation ensuring the strongest possible case is put forward.
